I’m writing this review after finishing one pack of these vitamins and ordering another two—one for myself and one for my mom. Here are the pros and cons I’ve noticed:
PROS:
There really aren’t many products out there that can beat this! It has both Vitamin K2 and D3 in a single gummy, which is amazing. Most regular vitamins don’t offer this combo, and even when you search, you won’t find many options with both.
Everything about this product tastes clean and organic. From the very first bite, I could tell this wasn’t like other gummies. The flavor is so real, it was almost shocking—no artificial taste at all like you find in most gummies.
I had heard these vitamins might help with mood swings, and honestly, I didn’t believe it at first. But after using them for 2 months, I noticed a real difference during my cycle. I felt less moody, less upset, and overall more balanced. I truly believe these vitamins helped with that.
I already knew that Vitamin D3 supports the immune system, and I got to see that in action. I did get sick once while taking these, but I bounced back pretty quickly. I believe having these vitamins in my system helped me recover faster.
