They're dark golden brown. At 1st taste they seem to have the taste of licorice, which is odd being there is no licorice in the ingredients, however then I taste the sweetness of the honey. I prefer gummies because they're very easy to take & consume. Unlike capsules or pills that can be occasionally difficult due to esophagus issues that arise at the most inconvenient moments. You only need to take one per day. This means the container has approximately 2 months worth of daily intake (if a month has 31 days you would have to remember to re-order planning for that. Vitamin D3 +K2 has many uses in the body, just one of them I know by heart is assisting with collagen absorption, if you are taking any collagen supplements. I haven't taken them long enough to notice any difference in nail strength or hair resiliency as of yet, the vitamin content is similar to others except for the honey that's also in these. Gummies are usually easier on the intestinal track too. I really like that I only need to intake 1 gummy not two or more. I haven't notice any stomach upset as of yet.

I prefer gummies to pills so I decided to try these out for some extra vitamin D. The gummies come in an oversized jar, they appear to be kind of a reddish brown and they are fairly large and per the instructions you only need to eat one. They are said to taste like honey and lemon, but that’s not exactly how I would describe it. Not tasty but definitely not terrible and there is no aftertaste in my experience so far. These have been easy on my stomach and overall I am happy with this product.
